St. Joan fifth-graders division champs

St. Joan fifth-grade boys defeated Catholic Community of Pleasanton for the National Division championship at San Ramon Valley High School, winning 36-33. Team players were Assistant Coach Howard Paul, Head Coach John Reiss, Assistant Coach Tom Mangan, Cristian Benedetto, Daniel Cavalieri, Joey Dionisio, Brian Mangan, Alex Cole, Will Paul, Ryan Bowman, Jackson Reiss, Jushan Samra and Nicholas Escobar.
