First 2013 newborn arrives at San Ramon Valley Regional

Three babies were born in the Bay Area shortly after midnight on New Year's Day while two local hospitals welcomed new additions later that the morning. The first baby born in the San Ramon Valley surprised a San Ramon family at San Ramon Valley Regional Medical Center.
