No paper in mailbox
Around Town, posted by Barbara Mahan, a resident of the Danville neighborhood, on May 12, 2008 at 3:14 pm

For some reason we didn't get our Danville Weekly on Friday. Then I decided I wanted to take a copy to my mom for Mother's Day. I searched all over Danville to find a copy. Our first stop was the Danville Weekly Offices. They were locked and although there were plenty of papers, they were all locked INSIDE! Our next stop was Pascals...gone, then Lenardi's...none there. They suggested the Waffle shop...none there. I peeked in Peet's Coffee shop..none again. We drove to Lucky's and found only real estate magazines. Aha! Long's Drugs had them! Hooray! We need more places to get a paper if we really, really want one before Monday morning. Thanks for listening!

Dear Danville,

The name of the paper is The DANVILLE Weekly. Should you not find it at the City Offices?
