Who will investigate the fraud of illegals stealing $1000 per non-existent relative year after year? Many claim 20 at a time for $20,000---IRS knows but refuses to do anything---Obama voters.

Where did the 1.3 Mil come from and why does the DA need a special grant to do their job?

This all part of the scam that is the State of CA Budget. They take the property and sales tax money from the localities, then pass it back to them as "grants" thereby indebting the local politicians and representitives. When they State needs something i.e. more taxes, they now have "local support". Wake up people!
