Downtown streets closed for homecoming parade

Parts of Railroad Avenue, Hartz Avenue and San Ramon Valley Boulevard will be closed on Friday, Oct. 12 during the San Ramon Valley High School homecoming parade. Closures are expected to last from 2:35 p.m. – 3:10 p.m.

Many fond memories of building Homecoming floats in various garages...

BTW - how is it that the school can come up with money for a fireworks show (including everything... security, fire control, et al) but the cities can't???
