Why is the creep allowed to drive around with a suspended license? and a warrant for his arrest? What are the police around here doing? With all the technology out there now why couldn't they find him and put him where he belongs. Now we have a death of an innocent person who was out for a walk. It is our lax laws in this state and liberal judges who run the courts. Now the taxpayers get to keep this invidual incarcerated at great public expense for the rest of his life probably. Great way to go California as we circle the drain.
