With Contra Costa County continuing to treat Alamo as a TAXABLE ASSET to be abused by various special interest projects, it was refreshing to see the VALUE of incorporation presented in depth and with professional validation of #1) continuing or improved services, #2) no new taxes, #3) locally defined planning, and #4) budget surpluses that retain more of our taxes in Alamo for our own designated usage.
The more abuses staged by the county, and the more opposition generated among a handful of Alamo neighbors by aggregated political actions, simply shows that the county knows that Alamo's majority support of incorporation will take away a TAXABLE ASSET that feeds county budgets and rewards special interests.
Great Job!
