Not sure what you are up to, but I can assure you I am not sending anything to anyone on this forum. I cannot speak for others. If this is another one of your conspiracies or your latest effort to make someone look bad, I ask that you cease and desist.
There are some very desperate people trolling this forum and I would not put anything past them.

The response to CDSI Member Information, as firstname.lastname@example.org, provides the obvious reality that pseudonyms used by Express Forum commentators are not exclusive to one author. From Orinda to Discovery Bay, CDSI Media members are receiving emails received from the no-reply email addresses signed by Informed Resident and more.
It is the reality of pseudonyms that nothing restricts their usage by any one individual and political usage of high-impact pseudonyms from the Express Forum seems to disarm the probable campaign sources of such email hate mail. "If it plays in Danville, it must play everywhere!"
Using a no-reply email address allows such campaign attacks to avoid immediate detection. Once detected, such addresses simply are moved by major campaign supporters to other servers.
That quite doesn't matter because CDSI Media members have the CONTENT and can correlate the purpose of the attacks against neighborhoods and their reps throughout district 2 and 3. E-exchanges are addressing the content now with neighborhoods and fact-checking the commentary. Clearly, the attacks are simply that without content.
Thank you to those that responded and more, thank you to readers that are prepared to have their groups challenged by such attacks.

Occasionally I may agree with some portion of Hal/Harold/CDSI's posts, but 95% of the time I must admit I have no idea what he is even trying to get across. Then again, I'm not really fluent in gibberish....

(received by) Hal,
The identity of campaign authors using Informed Resident as identification in emails sent to various neighborhood and group leaders as opponents of Mary Piepho, District III and Tomi Vandebrooke, District II, have been identified by the server organization providing the no-reply email addresses for such distribution. These individuals are part of allied campaigns among public safety unions, several economic councils, major corporations, developers and financial institutions that wish to maintain their influence with current Contra Costa County politicians and governments. For media that wishes to further develop stories via interviews, these allied campaigns met publicly in Martinez late last year in support of Mary Piepho's election as District III supervisor.
The use of Informed Resident and other Town Square Forum antagonists by campaigns is to provoke published actions by neighborhoods and other groups that can be disqualified in responses by campaign authors. It is very likely many authors will emerge using Informed Resident and other Town Square Forum antagonists identities. That is the reality of a forum that has no controls and allows commentators to assume any identity. There is no trademark or copyright on such names or any control provided by Town Square Forum editors to restrict multiple uses of any identity.

As I noted in my note to you:
"Hi Hal, (as received)
I provided legal notice to the server company that campaign attacks will be legally pursued. I just received an email from a gmail address to Gary/Hal. I seems that you are correct. The entire population of Alamo is only you Hal.
There are some unique characters on Mary's team.
(as public counsel, neighborhoods)
Maybe Informed Resident(s) and the Bluejays would like to explain this?
