Occupy protester pleads not guilty to Santa Rita assault charge

Marcel Johnson, an Occupy Oakland protester with a lengthy criminal record pleaded not guilty today to charges that he assaulted an Alameda County sheriff's deputy at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on Dec. 17.

It is time for our so-called "justice system" to allow this indiviudal to permanently "occupy" a prison cell. Enough is enough.

Oh boo hoo ANOTHER "oppressed" minority acting out. Time they threw the book at him before someone is killed. Coddling criminals leads to more victims. Can only imagine the list of crimes he's gotten away with over the YEARS.
