There's a new book out called, "No, I Don't Want to Join a Book Club: Diary of a Sixtieth Year," by British novelist Virginia Ironside. I can appreciate the sentiment of not wanting to do what you're expected to do. But my humble advice is: Join a book club.

With your inviting, pointed and entertaining writing, why don't you WRITE a book for all of us to enjoy?

"Heroes and other people I have known" is the title I suggest and include yourself as my hero!
