A Thanks To Beverly Lane

The recent article about the Povda history is just another example of how much I appreciate Ms. Lane's efforts to document our town's history. She has served in so many capacities to make Danville the place it is and as a 25 year resident I just want to let her know many of us outside of the political mainstream are aware of her efforts. I am a history "nerd" and look forward to all her books about our wonderful area, and I can't count how many times I have seen her leading tours of our historic downtown as I embark on my Saturday morning run. On behalf of many I thank you!!
