Does anyone want to share their favorite Easter recipes? I am looking to try something new? Anything that your family makes traditionally every Easter?

Dear Amber,
A neighbor, Karen Ackens send her favorite dish:
Fry several strips a bacon in a frying pan and set aside to drain.
Place fresh asparagas in the bacon fat and lightly fry until some browning appears.
Place the asparagus in a shallow glass 10x13 dish, crumble the bacon on top, add slivered almonds and thinly sliced cloves (2-3) of garlic and some rings of red onions.
Place in a warm oven (250F) for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Dear Amber,
Finger food before dinner? Hasty Hots:
Cut a baguette into thin slices
Slice green onions into mayonnaise, add parmesan cheese, and a bit of garlic powder. I like a touch of sour cream added.
Spread on the bread slices and the broil until they bubble and turn slightly brown.
Taste so good, they will ruin your guests' appetite.
ALSO, vegetable trays for the table:
Prepare fresh green beans, mini-carrots, asparagus in 2-3" lengths.
Place them in boiling water and white vinegar for 1 minute.
Remove and let them cool in a pan of Trader Joe's Sesame Ginger marinade. They are great added to a green salad or served as antipasto. Sprinkle with finely crumbed feta cheese for an exceptional taste treat.
