In this week's [Web Link Raucous Caucus], Tom Cushing examines the history and trajectory of the Republican party. "A child of the 1960s, I admit to some misty nostalgia when I contemplate the metamorphosis of the Grand Old Party," Cushing writes. "To borrow a catch phrase from the now-classic western movie of that day: 'Who ARE those guys?' Further: where are they headed?"

Dear Tome and Editor,

Who are those GUYS is answered, they are led by the three stooges, Perry, Palin and Bachman and Tea Partiers quite like the Keystone Cops. The biggest question will there be enough Big Red Rubber Noses to go around to illustrate this comedy act?
