Economics 101

There are tons of advertisements about the many great sales on now. The papers and on-line news sites are full of them. What we all need to understand is that they are REDUCING prices to INCREASE sales which will ENHANCE revenue and it works! Always has.

Our misguided liberals in Congress and in the state legislature want to INCREASE prices (your taxes) in order to ENHANCE revenue and it will fail miserably. Always has. The libs need to take a lesson from the advertising pages of retail establishments.

Can you imagine if local store owners said to themselves, "Well, my income is down a bit. I guess I better raise prices so that I get more money." Not likely. However, this is the same bit of mental gymnastics the liberals want to pull on the American taxpayer.

Don't let them get away with this any longer.
