Man accused of groping 14-year-old girl arraigned

Natesan Arumugam, an Indian national who was visiting relatives in Danville, is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon in Contra Costa County Superior Court in Martinez on charges of lewd and lascivious acts on a child and sexual battery, according to court records.

A very unfortunate incident for the young lady. However---maybe WE need to be "sensitive" to the "cultural differences" of the poor poor accused man! Maybe he thought he was just being "diverse" in his greeting!

Glad this guy is arrested BUT I hope agencies check him out to see if the culprit was imported by his family here and tossed on out government services as my neighbor just did for her no -citizen mom from India.
