Danville bank robber arrested in Arizona

Dustin Burt, a 29-year-old Stockton man has been arrested in connection with the March 7 robbery of the Chase Bank branch in Danville. Burt was arrested in Arizona on March 17 on several outstanding warrants and will be extradited to California.

Wonder whether the "turban" was part of his standard attire....or part of a disguise/costume....or what?

So, they arrested AND convicted him in Arizona, all at once? That state's efficiency knows no bounds!

However, its (and your headline draftsperson's) attention to civil liberties, (like the presumption of innocence, again, fer instance) may need some work.
