What's up with the town below the house on the HILL?

It is like Brigadoon for the town that lies below the House on the top of (Mona Lisa) Hill. And Helen wants to know what's up? No angst, no commentary, and no nothing..

Entertain our neighbor, Helen, with a somewhat upside down view. It is not what is on the top of the Hills that was once an exciting source of controversy and issues.
