Danville Lions Club 74th Annual Student Speakers Contest

Danville Lions Club sponsors the 74th Annual Student Speakers Contest at San Ramon Library, 100 Montgomery St, San Ramon, February 16th at 7:PM. Monte Vista & San Ramon High School students will compete in the contest, give 20 minute speeches on the topic:"ENFORCING OUR BORDERS; STATE vs.FEDERAL RIGHTS"

15 District winners receive a total scholarship of $4,500 each; 4 Area winners recieve a total scholarship of $11,000 each; 1 Final winner receives a total scholarship of $21,000. Additional cash awarded to region, zone & club winners.

All are welcome & encouraged to attend this event February 16, we start at 7:PM, come early as not to interupt the speakers.
