Great, yet another long time crony sitting on another quasi public utility, where prices always go up, bureaucracy always gets bigger, and obscenely generous pension programs are foisted on rate payers. I've worked with EBMUD slugs and they are scoundrels. If only the Public knew about the scandals wrt to the Oakland Hills firestorm and all the water tanks that were full because all the valves automatically shut when the power went out...
