Unpleasant answers: YMCA planning results
Schools & Kids, posted by CDSI Research, a resident of another community, on Mar 8, 2010 at 6:00 pm

Dear Dolores,

Not to overwhelm the editor but the YMCA issues are esculating.

Neighborhood parents now have issues with changes in school programs conducted by SRV YMCA. At issue is staff and the reality of baby-sitting versus realistic learning progams allowed by current MDR YMCA budgets.

Do you think parents and community should be involved to insure exceptional before-school and after-school programs?

Still waiting for EMC to allow coverage of the politics of this situation. What is the real offer to the community from SRV YMCA?

Hal/CDSI Research

If the Y project is canceled, what will happen to my donation? It was made for a specific purpose and project! I want it used for that purpose.
