This agenda purposely avoids disclosure for items 9 and ll in contrast to the summary disclosure neighborhoods expect based on AIA planning's open disclosure policy. An identification number is not disclosure or is it anything more than restriction of public information.

By example throughout governments, institutions and corporations, agendas are to inform and invite participation. Quite by contrast, district 3 and specifically Ms. Jennifer Quallick are continuing their restriction of public information and invitation.
