Danville resident Marty Seaman, 69, died in August. In September, he was back sailing on the Bay.

To ALL that have read this story ... my name is Mark.

What you have read is a story that I hope YOU never have to go throught. My brother, Chris, and I live in Texas and came to be with my Dad and Mom for the surgery when this happened. I can not say enough of the San Remon Fire Units (please see attached)

Bravo Mark,

For those that have a long term interest in life, your reflections are exceptionally important.

I imagine a long walk on the Iron Horse Trail and ending my life quite naturally among its loveliness. Any senior must face the comforting reality that we all shall be here a moment.
