The 10th Congressional District remains without representation at the moment, and may remain so for a time after September's vote. Why not have the League of Women Voters, in conjunction with the 10th District staff, hold open public meetings to receive voter views during this Congressional Recess? Such "meetings" should not be "Telatown halls" recently employed by Miller and McNerney to meet with their constituents.

I too was disappointed by the lack of face to face/town hall meeting with Mr. McNerney. I don't understand his unwillingness to face the people that are dependent on his representation in Congress. Perhaps he should not be returned next election?
