Danville Mayor Newell Arnerich flips the switch on the Athenian School's solar array, which was financed through a Power Purchase Agreement with Tioga Energy. All of the 450 Athenian School students were in attendance at the event and had the opportunity to ask the project engineers questions about how the solar array works. Interesting.

But what's the cost of this endeavor. All kinds of info on 'savings' and concrete pillars, etc. but the story lacks:

1. The cost of the project (+ any ongoing annual maintenance),

2. The payback period,

3. The author of this article,

4. Credit for the photographer's images.

Other than that, journalism ... Danville style.
