Though I all for the firestation being brough up to date, I still want to know who will accommodate the west side of Alamo if there is a major earthquake and the freeway overpass on Stone Valley Road collapses?

THe fire station is only moving a little bit to the east, so its still close to Stone Valley and 680 and west Alamo. In Addition Station 31 on SRV Blvde is only 3 miles to the south, and you have COntra Costa FIre Stations 1 and 4 near Rutgear Road. Still plenty of coverage.
