Welcoming our guests Around Town, posted by Diablo Vista region neighborhoods, a resident of the Alamo neighborhood, on Nov 17, 2008 at 7:40 am
Dear Editor,
Our neighborhoods' community and candidates committees wish to remind our neighbors that current and former council members from Danville, San Ramon and Lafayette will be our guests in our region at AIM's candidates' meeting, Wednesday, November 19, 7PM at the Creekside Church in the Alamo business district. Let's welcome our guests with appreciation for their participation.
As neighbors attend the AIM meeting, it is important for our guests to understand neighbors' need for participation and definition in the incorporation process. If you have thoughts you consider important to our guests, please send them to San Ramon Council Member, Scott Perkins, sperkins@sanramon.ca.gov, for the guest panel's review.

Dear neighbors,
Bring your diversity to the Candidates' Meeting November 19th, and let the panel provide answers to all concerns and considerations prospective council members might face in representing all neighbors in the proposed Town of Alamo. Even if you are not considering candidacy, provide your questions, issues and concerns so those planning their candidacy will understand what answers their campaigns must provide.

Dear Editor,
As neighbors monitored the AIM candidates' meeting last evening, it was obvious that any inclusion of a majority of voters in defining candidates' role as town council members, or the government council members will create, was excluded by the terms and conditions as stated requirements for candidacy.
Our neighbors thank all our guests for their participation and fully acknowledge our exclusion from a proposed government for the Town of Alamo.
