As founder of the International Association for the Advancement of Creative Maladjustment, an as yet unfilled dream of the Reverend Dr.

Martin Luther King, Jr., I'd like to congratulate the overwhelming

number of women and minorities elected to public office in 2008.

Locally, I'm honored to have worked on the campaigns of Supervisor Mary N. Piepho and Mayor Abram Wilson in the Primary, and Member-Elect, AD-15, Joan Buchanan, the re-election of House Member Ellen O. Tauscher, and President-Elect Barack Obama. My congratulations also go out to re-elected Danville Mayor Candace Andersen.
