Dear Gina,

Why not have the small office in the Alamo Plaza?

Moving to a more global, cosmopolitan point of view centered between the vitality of Walnut Creek and the traditions of Danville would allow you a new audience. Afterall, most shoppers at Safeway Alamo are Danville, Walnut Creek and Lafayette residents.

...and slowly your paper would become the Diablo Vista Weekly. Now that has a nice ring to it!

Your Pal,

Dan

Dear neighbors,

The Danville Weekly is rapidly headed for the same result as the Devil Mountain Weekly, The Danville Times and the Valley Pioneer. We are about to lose the last free press started in our region and then modified by publishers to a compliant political vehicle.

We do not need to lose this voice for our region.

Speak out!

Hal
