Dear Danville Town Council,

You are now aware of exceptional funding being brought from global commercial resources that would afford property owners positive funding to create a retail, hospitality and commercial environment that would maximize profit from land use, facilities employment and rejuvenation/renovation.

The money and purpose is there to suit the interests of the Diablo Vista neighborhoods north of Diablo Road. An overall plan, beyond curbs, is the key to success for this well-funded project. Diablo Vista region neighbors would lose none the important retail and hospitality now available and would expand the facilities for greater services.
