Danville fears state may target funds

Town leaders are adamant the state won't get its hands on any of Danville's money, but with no sign of a state budget passing any time soon, the outlook is grim. They especially fear for their redevelopment funds.

Now, does anyone actually believe the LAFCO financial studies related to AIM's Town of Alamo. AIM's beloved model is the Town of Danville and that government is concerned about its sources of funds.

We wish Danville well with their financial resolve, but our regional residents intend to learn from this experience that challenges the LAFCO Study results.

Prior to September 18, let's respect the Danville Town Council and allow them to explain this issue with sources of funds.
