Improved communications, budget discussed at Friday workshop

Danville officials focused on communication during a daylong annual planning and goal setting workshop on Friday. A continuation of discussions from previous years, no policy decisions were made during the meeting.

How about having online surveys and specific polling of citizen's opinions about certain issues of city matters?

Find out what citizens really think and want for Danville.

Almost let them vote on things. That would be unique, modern government.

Communication is suppose to be a two way street, and involve both talking and listening...Unfortunately, town council is not communicating with residents as they refuse to listen to our overwhelming opposition to the Magee Ranch development.
