San Ramon increases speed limits on 14 roads

Some of San Ramon's roadways will move a little faster by the end of this month, as speed limits officially increase on several area streets.

Yeah! Thanks for some common sense understanding that most people can actually handle driving a car. Within the limit, we can figure out for ourselves what speed is safe to drive.

For those few who are irresponsible or unsafe drivers, they are going to be so regardless of the posted speed limit.

By the way, slow pokes (distracted drivers, etc) need to understand that THEY are dangerous to go too slow and cause people to have to drive around them.
