I wonder why is the bail for the women is three times higher than the bail for the men?

Criminals come to Walnut Creek to rob the unsuspecting because it is an area where most people are laid back and unaware. I am glad that a neighbor saw the burglars off Treat Blvd. and that the WC police were able to catch the group that robbed Macy's. There are more and more people coming into Broadway Plaza via Bart that don't look like they are shopping but checking it out and finding that it would be easy to rob or purse snatch. People should be aware of what is going on around them. I was in Broadway Plaza Saturday and saw several groups of people that clearly were not shopping but looked like they were just hanging around. Broadway Plaza should step up its security in the area.
