Chevron should start building a new plant in Nevada or Texas and tell Richmond...see you late. The mayor of Richmond is a total fool also.

And as far as the medical...80% were fraud. It is just the typical do nothings wanting a handout. That's the problem with this Country....we are breeding and teaching folks to go to the feeding trough and get their daily handouts.

If Chevron left Richmond...Richmond would turn into a jungle of no bodies.

Or maybe Chevron could build it in Alamo, next to Julia's house -- since she would be immune to the "imaginary" effects of a toxic release from the refinery.

I'll try to be kind in that I have no doubt that you've found this fascinating medium called 'The Internet' at a stage in life when most would not. Running on the obvious, no one is LISTENING. We can't. We can read it but it is highly unlikely anyone is HEARING it.

Like many of us who grew up with the radio, it's time to either evolve our metaphors or perhaps just surf for good old Paul Harvey replays and leave the WRITING and READING to the trained professionals.

Well hell, you'll not likely HEAR any of this so I'm probably just burning daylight....

The Refinery was built BEFORE people decided to build, buy and rent dense housing in the area.

This is the same thing as buying a house near an airport and then complaining about the noise.
