Water line break causes lane closure on San Ramon Valley Boulevard

Due to a water line break near the Elworthy property construction site, a road closure on San Ramon Valley Boulevard south of Sycamore Valley Road will remain in place until later this evening.

Why is this coming out today? This happened yesterday evening. The traffic jam that resulted is over with.
