San Ramon has had terrible planning and under-building of public TENNIS COURTS for a population of 72,000 (with many youths and seniors).

In the last 30 years, the addition of only 8 new tennis courts at Dougherty High School?....and no USTA Team play out of public courts.

San Ramon has consistantly let its people down.

Maybe my math skills have deceived me over the years, but I thought that 36% + 64% = 100%? How does that leave room for increases in the Hispanic and African American population?
