Dear neighbors,

Alamo Community Foundation, the fund-raising portion of incorporation propoponts in the Diablo Vista (Alamo) region has established a website for review of the foundation committee and its goals, actions and activities.

For those Diablo Vista region e-exchange participants seeking methods to make individual donations to fund LAFCo studies, please access this website for further details. There is a "contact us" feature on the website for those that wish instructions in how to make anonymous donations.

Dear neighbors,

Contra Costa LAFCo is developing criteria for individual donation by neighbors to Alamo Community Foundation's funding of LAFCo Studies. Anonymous contributions have limits specified in Campaign laws, typically $100 per individual donation. Donations to Alamo Community Foundation, according to counsel, are subject to such campaign laws and are subject to government review.

We continue to encourage neighbors to support funding of LAFCo's incorporation studies so voters can define and decide the future of our local representation in all governments and districts. At present, we advise neighbors to donate individually using their registered voter identification without reference to any political or commercial relationships.

There are many options to local governments and districts that continue to be discussed and these LAFCo studies can be basis to a majority of such options. Your contributions funding the studies do not mean that you support any of these options.

Consider carefully and contribute,

Kathy Bell
