A very sad situation...I sincerely feel for the young child.

The judge doesn't have to worry about the victim being safe in 25 years.

Why you ask...the inmates will take care the sicko. And if they don't, the SOB will be 53 years old and the victim will be a grown young man in his 30's. I wouldn't want to be Oscar in 25 years.

There are ways to handle animals like Oscar...The victim will know.

Thanks for listening...(wish Oscar was listening) Julia Pardini from Alamo.

PS...It also appears Oscar has a couple of sick minded brothers.

Granted he is a viscious pervert but now the American taxpayer has to pay for his incarceration. Why is he here in the first place? Well, we know the answer. We have many criminals here that no other country wants and eventually they either go back to their country of origin so as not to be imprisoned or we try and convict them and at great expense. No wonder we are broke and getting broker by the minute.

Is "Mexican national" the current euphemism for ILLEGAL alien? How many Americans have been preyed upon? How many more before the border is secured Nd the vermin tossed out? Heavily Mexican school districts like Redwood City are crap. Pregnant middle schoolers not uncommon----but that's the way to add another government (taxpayer's $) check to the unclaimed household income. This should not be a party issue---we have been invaded. Time to enforce our laws and protect future children.
