A San Ramon attorney has been indicted after being linked to the "dirty DUI" case that led to the arrest of police officers across Contra Costa County and the disbanding of the county's narcotics enforcement team. Mary Nolan, 60, was charged Tuesday with unlawfully intercepting communications and tax evasion, according to federal officials.

I'm so thankful to see that there has been adequate FOLLOW THROUGH on the other participants in these illegal, unethical acts.
I hope that the dirty CLIENTS of this lawyer who knowing used her dirty tactics (and also the clients of Butler's PI Service) become exposed as well and the spouses of their divorce actions become informed so that the wrongful consequences of their actions becomes addressed as well.
Can those consequences ever be truly reversed?
Probably a number of custody decisions were made that will have lasting detrimental impacts on those children's relationship with their excluded parent.

Lombardi is in prison in Texas, not Oregon. With all he did, it is a slap on the wrist sentence. I also believe he has Spousal Abuse charges pending against him. All these thiefs need to be held accountable. What a shame they are to society.
