A San Ramon family law attorney has pleaded not guilty to a charge that she illegally received confidential information, while her alleged co-conspirator, an Alameda County Sheriff's deputy, has been given time to find a lawyer. Court documents state Lesley Anne Regina, 36, received an email containing privileged information then forwarded that to an unnamed person.

In the drunk driving stings every man who got a DUI was actually drunk driving. Was that the woman's fault. Wives always know their husbands weaknesses. A kid shouldn't have to ride in that car.

I hear a common practice of family law lawyers is using a phone application named trap call to track people. If you believe you are a victim contact them and they can tell you the IP addresses and other identifying information to help you file a police report or restraining order.
