I guess if you take "Longing" (my mistake) and "Yearning" (the correct text -- I will speak with my editing staff), you get "Learning" to Breathe Free.

Anyway, here's the text/lyrics of the poem inscribed at the base of the Statue of Liberty:

Give me your tired, your poor,

Your huddled masses yearning[!] to breathe free;

The wretched refuse of your teeming shore,

Send these, the homeless,

Tempest-tossed to me

I lift my lamp beside the golden door!
