Since Tomi van de Brooke has a close association with the Piepho Office, a conflict would not be comfortable with the public. She should bow out for the best interest of the county.

Questions every voter should ask Danville mayor Candace Andersen who is running for supervisor of the county in this election:

(1)Where do you stand on the Summerhill development project?

(2) As a lawyer, you realize you can not legally put a P-1 zone on the land in this Summerhill development project, without putting it to a public vote, as noted in Measure S?

(3)What, if anything, as Mayor, have you done to stop this illegal devleopment of the Summerhill project?

(4) Why are you forcing the town citizens to hire an attorney and engage in full blown litigation against Danville's illegal allowance of this development?

(5) Why should anyone who is against this illegal development that will add huge traffic nightmares around Los Cerros and Green Valley Elementary and Monte Vista High vote for you for Supervisor?

(6)If you are allowing this illegal development in Danville as Mayor, why should we trust you to be our Supervisor to deal with other illegal developments that will occur in our County?

Questions every voter should ask Tomi Van de Brooke:

How do you maintain that you are a fiscal conservative when you just led the college board in giving the unions a handout by requiring all local business to sign a union agreement if they want to work at the college? They will have to hand over all of their employees to the union, take on the liability of the union unfunded pension plans, and incur double costs in benefits in order to work for the district. All of this at a well-studied cost increase of 15% to the district based on past PLA projects on schools.

Does it not seem a bit questionable that after you handed the construction unions their Christmas gift as Board Chair, that tens of thousands of dollars started flooding into your campaign coffers?

Exactly what does your stand on abortion have to do with County Supervisors?
