When we don't have time to audit the books of a boondoggle proposal, we might just as well set fire to the money.

Building a BRIDGE TO HAWAII would "create jobs" too! Should we do that idea?

How EARTHQUAKE SAFE will this high speed train design be?

I might be in favor of a completely different train idea: a FERRY TRAIN--where people could drive their cars on and off the train (perhaps designating different train cars for different locations). Now that would have some actual use to me in getting up and down CA and to neighboring states.

Finally the fed is making some better decisions with regard to taxpayper money. I can't believe this project was suggested in the first place.
