Car crashes with traffic on diablo rd.

I was on my way to work the other morning as always down diablo rd. When a car passes me in the S turns. I had to slam on my breaks so the car could get back on the correct side of the road.... Before running into the car coming from the other direction. After that we came to a complete stop around the next corner and sat in school traffic. It blew my mind! If there was a crash how would that have effected every one then?

Cops will tell you they cannot do anything if they haven't witnessed an event, but even so I would have been tempted to call in the moron's license plate. This person needs to have the stupid slapped out of them in a serious way.

A few days ago, there were several bikers on the S curve section of Diablo Road and some moron tried to pass them and almost ran into our friend's car! He had to slam on his brakes to let that guy in! We all know that Diablo Road is very dangerous. How come the Town Council is planning to allow SummerHill Homes to build possibly 127 new dwellings in the Diablo Road area? Guess safety is not a concern for them. I don't think any of them live around Diablo Road.
