How many doctors are you going to staff with at San Ramon hospital daily? I was there last week and had a 3 hour wait because only one very slow Physician. When I asked the staff nurse about a second physician she told me that we only have one on at a time. When we finally got seen they tried to get my mom to have a echocardiogram, but would have to wait yet another couple of hours to wait our turn. I currently go to John Muir but live 5 mins from your hospital. I came to check to see if things have changed and nothing yet, maybe 18th things will change. Not holding my breath. Oh and by the way I took my mom to her dr in Danville to have test done and it took 20 mins. That's crazy.

That appointment service sounds great. I tried to use it one day last week and it said no appointments available. So I will try again if needed. I think it's a great service. I agree with what "Stephanie" said the wait times at your hospital are terrible. So I bet your appointment program will not be very successful. Your hospital ER expansion is beautiful, just hoping it's better service.
