Terrific idea. It's almost a "game" for me to count the number of people I see who are on their cell phones while driving. There is a time and place for cell phones...however, it is NOT while driving a car.

This has to be an April Fool's Joke!! The traffic in this town is not a joke! Excessive speed, running stop sign's and the such are a norm for Danville. Traffic control by the Danville Police rates a "D". This town has numerous "hot spots", especially Danville Blvd. and El Cerro for starter's.

Cell phones; they should come up with a device that render's the device inoperable while in a vehicle.........
