ALISON KUELZ NAMED TO NATIONAL CHARITY LEAGUE, INC. YOUTH COUNCIL
Schools & Kids, posted by Dan Pittman, a resident of the Danville neighborhood, on Feb 7, 2011 at 11:05 am

Costa Mesa, California-based National Charity League, Inc. (NCL) has recently appointed Alison Kuelz to its 2010-2011 Ticktocker Advisory Council. She is a member of the organization’s Diablo Valley Chapter as a Ticktocker (girls in grade 7-12) and is a senior at Monte Vista High School in Danville, California.

She joins 14 other young women on the council who were selected from across the nation following an interview process. The council was formed by NCL, Inc. in an effort to communicate more effectively with younger members, gain valuable insights, and provide them a voice in organizational matters.

Alison enjoys school and is involved in several clubs, including NHS, Interact and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She plays on the on Varsity golf team and plans to go to college on the East Coast, majoring in Engineering. She is a member of the local Methodist Church and enjoys her church’s ChristCare group, church retreats, and mission trips with her friends.

Of her NCL Experience, Alison says, “I feel so blessed to be given this opportunity to be on the National Ticktocker Advisory Board. I enjoy participating in NCL and love the fact that I can help to improve the organization that I love so much."

“We are delighted to appoint Alison to our Ticktocker Advisory Council and know she will be an invaluable resource for our growing organization,” said NCL Executive Director Hillary Niblo.

NCL, which started as a small regional organization, has doubled in size in the last decade and the demand for new Chapters continues to grow from coast to coast. The NCL Experience inspires and empowers women to succeed as confident, well-rounded and socially aware contributors in their communities.
