Volumes of detailed information on supervisors' funds usage are being shared among Contra Costa neighborhoods forums. At issue in BANG stories is the usage of Keller Canyon mitigation funds for projects and purposes unrelated to the fund's purpose. Such usage had little public review and did not adhere to appropriate county review and approval requirements.
To make the issue local, Iron Horse corridor neighbors are discovering similar investigation of various misuse of parcel tax funds in the Danville Express readership area. It seems a very important story is occurring without Express coverage.
Do we know how our parcel tax funds are being used?

Maybe the Danville Express has some sort of connection to Mary Piepho and thats why they are ignoring it. Is there anyone on the Danville Weekly Staff that is a Piepho bleeding heart ?

I understand some of our local public money appears to be flowing out of us Alamo residents and ending up in the wrong hands. I would sure like to know exactly who is responsible for this and how to correct it. Local Alamo dollars need to stay and benefit Alamo. Can someone contact the CC Times and expose this before it goes too far.
