Dear Emily,

E-exchanges in our corridor were discussing this story and the website referenced. There has been several leadership classes graduated and most remain strangers to the majority of corridor residents and the neighborhood groups. "What purpose is achieved?" ask neighborhoods' representatives, "what should we expect from these graduates?"

Looking through the website it is difficult to define an in-depth purpose or what is learned. It is more difficult to determine the faculty and their expertise in developing leaders. "We need representatives of our will and interests," noted e-exchange participants, "and not self-defined leaders that quite often are out of step with our will and interests."

Emily, neighborhoods hope that the faculty and years of graduates will define how they fit our corridor of very-savvy professionals and their neighborhoods. So far, for the most part, they remain unknown and strangers.

Is there more you might add?

Ralph with a welcoming smile
