Know each other how? One was a supplier for the other? Two weeks later we still don't know. Are we even sure this time about who shot who?

Looks like [Portion removed due to disrespectful comment or offensive language] is headed back to jail, but what of the other perp, and why were either of them at this home to begin with?

We don't want Danville's perfect little image to be damaged. Follow-up when one of the "bad guys" is a Danville resident is rarely done. Danville police and Town Government prefers to sweep such things under the run.

[Portion removed due to disrespectful comment or offensive language] The Danville resident is trying to keep it on the down low so no names have been released. No drugs....[Portion removed due to hearsay] ...end of story.

Thank you to "jrm" for their hilarious entry, or rather to the editor for turning that pigs ear into a silk purse.

Maybe we can speculate that "jrm"'s entry was age appropriate for an elementary school member; based on my experience with in online gaming it is usually the 10 to 12-year old kids who need to substitute potty mouths for the lack of an adult vocabulary.

I'll have to admit that my first thought, on hearing of this story, was that this might have been a mutual drug meet gone bad, but there are so many other possibilities that it is rash to jump to conclusions. For example there could be any number of relationships other than user/dealer. It has already been reported that Mr. Moutin was out on parole, so we can probably assume he is not a pillar of the community, but I don't believe we know anything about the other party who could well be a model citizen.

Possible "legitimate" relationships include:

Drug dealer/parole officer.

Drug dealer/attorney, (or public defender).

Felon/arresting officer.

Deadbeat father/foster parent.

Soon to be ex-husband/divorce attorney

Irregular flosser/dentist.

Etc. etc.
